1. Processed popcorn products are returnable only in full case quantities of that same product within the first 5 calendar days after receipt.

2.  Immediately upon receiving a machine that has been damaged in transit by rough UPS handling, call Buttercup Popcorn Machines at 1-888-399-4839 for a no-charge pick-up of that damaged machine and immediate no-charge shipment of a replacement unit.

3. Returned items must not have been assembled, used or damaged in any way. 

4. Upon return inspection, used products will subject to a $60 Cleaning Fee.

5. Returned items must be packed as originally packaged by the Manufacturer, using the original shipping container and packing materials of the Manufacturer.
 
6. 20%  Re-Stock Fee will be charged based upon the price of the returned item; orginal  shipping and handling charges not included in the machine price 

7. Blemished items sold on a "Scratch & Dent Sale" may be returned without a re-stock fee.
 
8. Shipping costs to return merchandise to Buttercup Popcorn Machines or assigns are non-reimbursable.
 
9. All returned goods must have a Returned Goods Authorization Number issued by Buttercup Popcorn Machines clearly marked on the outside of each shipping carton.
